High Performance Setter Training
REP COMPETITIVE TRAINING
14U & 15U
The best setters in the game are not the ones with the softest hands — they are the ones who read the game a step ahead and make decisions that put their team in position to win the point. This Masterclass is built for 14U and 15U OVA athletes who are ready to start developing that edge — volleyball IQ, footwork, tempo, and the decision-making habits that carry forward into every level of the game. Led by Jason Marchant, Technical Director of Oakville Thunder and Team Ontario coach, with a 6:1 athlete-to-coach ratio and a maximum of 24 athletes.
16U, 17U & 18U
At this level, setting is not a position — it is a craft. Reading the block, managing tempo, making decisions under pressure that respond to what the game is actually asking for — not just what you rehearsed. This Masterclass is designed for 16U, 17U, and 18U OVA athletes who are ready to train with the same intention and standards that Team Ontario and university programs will eventually demand. Led by Jason Marchant, Technical Director of Oakville Thunder and Team Ontario coach, with a 6:1 athlete-to-coach ratio and a maximum of 24 athletes.
