Attacking Masterclass — 14s & 15s
Powerful hitters are developed — they are not just discovered. Approach footwork, arm swing mechanics, reading the block, making fast decisions in the air — these are skills that need to be taught, practised, and built into habit before they show up consistently in competition. This Masterclass is built for 14U and 15U OVA athletes who are ready to start developing complete weapons, not just big swings. The habits built at this age set the ceiling for what is possible at 16, 17, and 18. Led by Jason Marchant, Technical Director of Oakville Thunder and Team Ontario coach, with a 6:1 athlete-to-coach ratio and a maximum of 24 athletes.
Attacking Masterclass — 16s, 17s & 18s
At this level, power is expected — what separates athletes is what they do with it. Shot selection, tooling the block, off-speed attacks, and the self-awareness to evaluate your own game honestly and adjust in the moment — that is what this Masterclass is built around. Designed for 16U, 17U, and 18U OVA athletes who are ready to train with the intention and standards that Team Ontario and university programs will eventually demand. Led by Jason Marchant, Technical Director of Oakville Thunder and Team Ontario coach, with a 6:1 athlete-to-coach ratio and a maximum of 24 athletes.
Prep for Rep — 14s & 15s
September comes faster than you think — and the athletes who are ready for it decided to be ready long before their first practice. This Prep for Rep camp is built for 14U and 15U OVA athletes who want to walk into the start of their 2026–27 indoor season with their game already sharp. Four focused training blocks — attacking, defending, serving and passing, and competitive game play — designed to build the readiness that shows up when rep volleyball begins. Led by Jason Marchant, Technical Director of Oakville Thunder and Team Ontario coach, with a 6:1 athlete-to-coach ratio and a maximum of 24 athletes.
Prep for Rep — 16s, 17s & 18s
The athletes who make the biggest impact in October are the ones who did the work in August. This Prep for Rep camp is built for 16U, 17U, and 18U OVA athletes who want to arrive at the start of their 2026–27 indoor season prepared — not just present. Four focused training blocks — attacking, defending, serving and passing, and competitive game play — designed to build the sharpness, confidence, and readiness that rep volleyball demands from day one. Led by Jason Marchant, Technical Director of Oakville Thunder and Team Ontario coach, with a 6:1 athlete-to-coach ratio and a maximum of 24 athletes.
