Thunder Gives Back

Every year the Oakville Thunder community contributes gift baskets to raffle off at our annual banquet. The proceeds from the raffle go to a local charity.

This year the banquet committee and executive chose SafetyNet Children and Youth Charities – which support families from all over the Halton Region who need assistance with housewares, furniture, clothing, diapers etc. as well as tutoring services and music lessons.

The raffle was a success as $1390 was raised to support this worthy cause.
