The Oakville Thunder Dinner & Awards Banquet will be on Tuesday April 28, 2020. at the Oakville Conference Centre (2515 Wyecroft Road, Oakville) Doors open at 5 p.m.
This events closes off our season to celebrate all our athletes for the 2018-19 season. There will be Team Awards, sit down dinner, slide show, fun photobooth, cash bar, and raffle baskets to win for our THUNDER GIVES BACK. Raffle Tickets will be available for purchase on the night of the banquet $10/ arm length or $20 for a wingspan. All proceed this year will be donated to a local community group.
All athletes have 2 tickets to use for the banquet, these were included in your club fees. 1 ticket for the athlete and 1 ticket for a parent.
All athletes, coaches, executive and club partners must register for the event. Extra Tickets are available for purchase at $50 each. RSVP information will open on Monday March 18, I will be sending out a link to register on this date. RSVP and extra ticket purchases will be open until Wednesday April 3.
